Sensitivity Finder
Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 September 2026 · Applies to the Android app com.samyog.sensifinder
Sensitivity Finder has no account, no login, and no server of its own. Every aim measurement, sensitivity value and piece of history the app produces is written to a database on your phone and stays there. We cannot see it, and it is never uploaded.
Two third-party services do receive data, and they are the whole of what this policy is about: Google AdMob, which shows the ads that make the app free, and OneSignal, which delivers notifications.
What stays on your device
- Your aim measurements and the results of every test, drill and tuning run
- The sensitivity values the app recommends
- Your chosen game, your settings and your history
All of it lives in a local database. Uninstalling the app, or using Settings → Reset app data, deletes it permanently. There is no copy anywhere else.
What leaves your device
| Service | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Your advertising ID, plus standard device and network information (device model, operating system version, coarse region, IP address) | To select, show and measure ads |
| OneSignal | A push notification token, a subscription identifier OneSignal generates, your device model, operating system version, language, timezone and IP address, and a count of app opens and session length | To deliver notifications and to know when it is reasonable to send one |
Neither service receives your aim measurements, your sensitivity values or your history. Those never leave the phone.
What the app never collects
- Location. The app never asks for it, and OneSignal's location component is excluded from the build entirely.
- Your name, email address, phone number or any account. There is nothing to sign in to.
- Contacts, photos, files, messages, calendar or health data.
- Payment information. Nothing in the app is for sale. The rewarded ad grants an unlock in exchange for a view, never for money.
Advertising and your choices
Ads are served by Google AdMob. Where the law requires it — the EEA, the UK and Switzerland — the app shows Google's consent form before it requests a single ad, and your answer decides whether the ads you see are personalised. You can reopen that form at any time from Settings. Outside those regions the form does not exist and the row is hidden.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android's own settings, under Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy & Terms.
Notifications
The app never sends a notification unless you have granted the Android notification permission, which it asks for in the app rather than at first launch. You can withdraw it at any time in Android Settings → Apps → Sensitivity Finder → Notifications; doing so ends the push subscription.
OneSignal's handling of this data is described in the OneSignal Privacy Policy.
Children
Sensitivity Finder is not directed at children. Ad requests are capped at a general-audience content rating and are not tagged as child-directed.
Deleting your data
- On the device: Settings → Reset app data, or uninstall the app.
- Advertising ID: reset or delete it in Android's settings.
- Push subscription: revoke the notification permission, or uninstall.
To ask about data held by AdMob or OneSignal, contact us at the address below and we will pass the request on.
Changes
If a future version of the app adds anything that leaves the device, this page is updated before that version is published, and the date at the top changes with it.
